Dr. McGee founded CFGC in 1980. Professional memberships include: The American Psychological Association, The Virginia Academy of Clinical Psychologists, and the National Registrar of Health Science Providers in Psychology. Previous experience includes clinical and administrative responsibilities in residential treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, and the public schools. Dr. McGee's practice includes psychological evaluations and therapy with individuals, couples, stepfamilies, and parenting issues.

Mark A. Pinsker, Ed.D., A.B.P.P.

Dr. Pinsker is a Diplomate from the American Board of Professional Psychology; a Fellow from the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators and certified in Clinical Hypnosis from The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He has also completed advanced Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing for trauma relief. Specialties include: trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and a variety of family concerns and issues.

Susan J. Gottlieb, LCSW

Ms. Gottlieb is a member of the National Association of Certified Social Workers and currently licensed to perform individual, marital and family counseling. She is currently an adjunct professor at the School of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Previous work experience included administrative and clinical responsibilities as the Social Work Director at the Virginia Treatment Center for Children. Specialty areas include: Children and adolescents, family counseling, separation, divorce and women's issues.

Catherine "Cathy" Magill

Ms. Magill is a licensed professional counselor and a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association. She is currently licensed to perform career development, individual, marital and family counseling. Her previous experience includes: Psychotherapist at a Homeless Family Agency and an Alternative High School in Hollywood, CA . and Intensive In-home therapist in Richmond, VA. She also presently works at a group home for adolescent boys ages 15 to 18 years old. Specialty areas include: Children and Adolescents, family counseling, transgender, gay, lesbian and women's issues.

Pat Aspinwal, LCSW

In addition, she is certified as a School Social Worker. Ms. Aspinwal has been practicing for over 20 years as a social worker in a variety of settings with a focus on children and families. She is currently licensed to perform individual, marital and family counseling. Her previous experience includes clinical work with individuals, couples, and children. Specialty areas include: couples, families, and individuals.

Teresa B. Reynolds, L.C.S.W.

Mrs. Reynolds is a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed school social worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Mrs. Reynolds is an adjunct professor for the School of Social Work at Longwood University and serves as the Chairperson for Longwood's Social Work Advisory Board. She has worked as a social worker in a variety of settings including the Department of Social Services, public schools, and a private adoption agency. Her experience includes work with children and adolescents, families and couples counseling, attachment and adoption related issues, infertility, special education and school-related problems.

Ms. Terry is a licensed clinical social worker, member of the National Association of Social Workers and a certified sex offender treatment provider. She has specialized training and experience working with sexual abuse victims and sexual offenders. Previous experience includes individual, group, and adults. She has spent several years in juvenile corrections providing treatment to incarcerated youth.
